Experienced Diesel Service Technician/Mechanics wanted (Hubbard Location)

OES is looking for experienced full time Diesel/ gasoline engine technician/mechanics. Needed skills include computer engine control and emission systems. Knowledge in hydraulic systems, powertrains, electrical systems, fuel systems, etc. Also must have excellent customer service skills. Must have your own tools. 

High school education or equivalency required along with 1 to 2 years experience preferred. Pay is dependent on experience. ($18.00-$30.00 per hour with overtime)

Must be able to pass drug test and have a valid Oregon drivers license.

Service admin/service writer wanted (Hubbard location)

Job requirements are not limited to but will include data entry for the dealership service department, creating and maintaining repair orders,  billing of repair orders to customers. Customer interaction in person and also over the phone.

Applicant must have great communication skills with all types of customers including working with the parts department, sales department, service technicians and service manager. Great personal interaction skills are a must. Applicant must be able to organize and implement service schedules along with all paperwork that goes with.

Applicant must also have great computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office and other computer programs.

Must have a minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalency, also 1 to 2 years of similar job experience. The ability to speak Spanish would be very helpful but not required.

Small engine service technician/mechanic wanted (Hubbard Location)

We are looking for someone that specializes in the maintenance and repairs on small 2 cycle and 4 cycle gasoline and diesel engines. Must have your own tools and be self motivated. The applicant must have at least a high school education or equivalency. 1 to 2 years experience in the repair of walk behind lawn equipment and hand held equipment. Including the following types. 
String trimmers, chainsaws, riding and walk behind mowers, riding mowers including zero turn, etc. 
We service Kubota, Honda, Stihl, Ex-mark and many other brands.

Parts Counter Sales (McMinnville Location)

OES McMinnville is looking for a parts counter sales person.  The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, parts counter sales and support of the sales and service department.  The right applicant should have 1-2 years related experience and/or training in parts look up, a valid drivers license, ability to think on their feet and multitask, and ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.  Some specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to focus. Ability to speak bilingual is a plus, but not required. 

Essential duties and responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts that they are looking for, including answering questions, educating on product usage, and providing advice for maintenance
  • Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
  • Intervene in situations where the customer is dissatisfied and come up with a creative solutions to maintain business relations
  • Organize merchandize and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, parts and promotions, and restocking shelves
  • Calculating sales totals, taking into account such factors as discounts, store credit, and promotions
  • Shipping and receiving parts, checking backorders
