OES Return Policy

OES will replace defective product per manufacture's guidelines, not all manufacture's offer warranty, Product may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid OES receipt. Product purchased more than 30 days, but less than one year, may be returned with a 40% restocking fee. Returned product must be in new resaleable condition in original packaging and labels. Expired product, freight, electrical items, installed parts and special ordered items will not be returned unless defective.
